Shipping and Delivery
- We are pleased to offer nationwide shipping across the contiguous United States, as well as to Hawaii. Please note that, unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska at this time.
- We currently ship our fresh, handmade cookies on Mondays and Thursdays. We hope to expand our shipping dates quickly as we grow.
- We package shipping boxes with recyclable crinkle paper to ensure that the cookies arrive safely.
Cookie Care
- You can store our fresh, handmade cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- If you are not going to enjoy our cookies right away, you may freeze them for up to 3 months.
- You can enjoy our cookies immediately upon delivery, or if you prefer them warmed up, simply place them in the oven at 350°F for about 5-7 minutes or until they are to your liking.
Gluten-Free Ingredient Info
- While we do offer gluten-free cookie options, our kitchen is not certified gluten-free and therefore is not suitable for individuals with Celiac disease.
- Our gluten-free flour is made from USDA Certified Organic Teff, an ancient grain from East Africa renowned for its exceptional nutritional profile. It is rich in fiber, protein, and essential minerals.

Returns/Refunds
- Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on our cookies.
- If your order arrives and it is incorrect, please contact us at hello@bosscowfoods.com
- We securely package our shipments for delivery, however, as a small business, we are unable to accept returns for cookies that are damaged by the shipping carrier during transit.
