No. Our pasta is unenriched and made from organic durum wheat semolina only, with no added synthetic vitamins or minerals.

We use traditional animal rennet (bovine) to make our raw cheddar. It isn't fermentation-produced chymosin (FPC), the lab-made rennet often called "Pfizer rennet," and it isn't microbial or vegetable rennet either.

Unopened, it's best within 12 months of production when stored in a cool, dry pantry. Look for the best-by date on the box..

Yes. The sauce is made from our own grass-fed, raw, aged cheddar with no processed cheese or added flavorings. Our cheddar contains A2/A2 raw milk, salt, cheese culture and animal rennet, and nothing else.

A2 is the original beta-casein milk protein that cows naturally produced thousands of years ago, before a genetic mutation introduced the A1 variant. A2-type proteins are also found in the milk of many other mammals, including humans! Today, most conventional cow's milk contains a mix of A1 and A2 proteins, while A2/A2 cows produce only the original A2 type, which many people find easier to digest.

No. There are five ingredients: organic durum wheat semolia pasta, grass-fed raw A2/A2 cheddar, grass-fed A2/A2 milk, organic arrowroot powder and sea salt. We never use seed oils in any of our products.

Cook pasta according to the directions on the box. Mix the cheese packet with ¼ cup of hot pasta water (or hot milk for an even creamier sauce), whisking until smooth. Pour over the pasta and stir well. Tip: Having trouble getting it creamy? Turn the stove to low heat and continue stirring until the cheese sauce is fully incorporated and creamy.

Contains milk and wheat. Made in a facility that also processes eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Each box has 32g of protein. You'll find the full nutrition panel in the product photos.

Our pasta and arrowroot are certified organic. Our dairy comes from grass-fed cows raised on regenerative family farms that do not use vaccines or antibiotics. Some of our partner farms are certified organic, while others choose not to maintain certification. However, all follow the same high standards for grass-fed and regenerative farming.

Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container and eat them within 3 to 4 days.
